I take pride in crafting each piece with care and a pinch of something extra—so please read through these policies before placing your order. They help protect both of us, and ensure your magical mail arrives just right.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries! Here’s our order cancellation policy:

Window & How to Cancel:

You can cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it. Please contact us at pitchgoldart@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Refund

If your order is successfully canceled within the 72-hour window, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Note: After 72 hours, orders may have already entered processing or shipping, and cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are handmade with care and a touch of magic, so please choose your spells wisely. That said, I want you to be happy with your enchanted loot!

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.


Please make sure items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Want to swap? Exchanges are welcome for the same item or a different one of equal value within 30 days!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Item must be returned within 30 days pf delivery.

Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:

Reach out to us at pitchgoldart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

2. Provide Details:

Include your order number and a brief description of the damage. Please attach photos of the item and the packaging.

3. Resolution Options:

We’ll offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Shipping Costs:

We cover shipping costs for replacements of damaged items.

Domestic Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 -5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
 

Rates, Delivery & Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS and determined according to weight. Shipping times usually take 3 - 5 days, but my vary.

Damaged Item
