- Items are shipped out within 5-7 business days of the order being placed.
- Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight and size of each package.
- Once shipped, a tracking number, if available, will be sent to the email associated with the order.
- Domestic orders should arrive in approximately 1-5 business days.

Returned Packages
IMPORTANT - Please double-check the shipping address prior to finalizing the order. If corrections to the order need to be made, the person who placed the order must contact us via email within 24 hours from the time the order was submitted.
Any package returned to us that would need to be reshipped will be required to pay an additional shipping fee ($10 Domestic / $25 International) prior to reshipment. No exceptions for the additional shipping fee if due to: 1) a missing apartment/unit numbers, 2) a wrong/incomplete address, 3) the package not retrieved in time from post office, 4) Etc.
